Loggerhead

I was doing cognitive therapy with one of my patients. He was becoming very frustrated with me because he is confused, and he didn't understand why I was asking him the questions I was asking him. I was trying to explain to him, and he exploded into this loud voice and yelled, "I THINK YOU AND I ARE JUST AT A LOGGERHEAD IN THE INTERPRETATION OF REALITY, HONEY!"
