One Year Anniversary

On December 27, I turned a year old being GF. Has it been a year since I ate gluten? No. Sometimes I was on the receiving year of cross contamination. Sometimes I drove through the Pizza Hut drive through on purpose, but we won't focus on that... I feel healthier, happier, and blessed. I may have an autoimmune disease, but we all have our thing, right? I feel so blessed, because it's treatable without medicine, it's not life threatening, it actually has made me a healthier person, and most of all, I know what it is. Thank you for ALL of your support! In the word of Michael Scott, you've been "kiiiiiiiiiind of amazing."
