When Life Gives You Cucumbers...

Well, make pickles of course! At least if you are from Arkansas. I had some cucumbers piling up from my CSA, so I found this recipe and had to try it. I ended up going to my favorite farmer at the Farmer's Market to get some more, because in my mind I needed to make enough for winter. Seriously, you'd think I am living in the 1800s with the way I have put up food for this winter. I don't know, what do you think? Is this enough pickles for one single girl for a season that only lasts 3 months? After all, if it's not going overboard, it's not Caroline.
